Bathroom sinks are one of those things that everyone uses, but no one puts a lot of thought into. Most people use one every day to brush their teeth and wash their face, but they do not put any more thought into their bathroom sink than they do the mirror they stare at while they brush their hair. Some people, however, see the bathroom sink as something that can be beautiful, or at least interesting.
Replacing the bathroom sink is typically not something that is done unless it either cracks, as can happen with cheaper plastic types or the entire bathroom is going through a renovation. When replacing a bathroom sink, it is a good idea to shop around and see what types of sink interest the buyer and will go with whatever decor has been selected for the bathroom in its final form. Bathroom sinks can be made of many different types of material, from porcelain to plastic and metal to marble, and have such features as lever-activated drain plugs and riveted slots for holding soap, but often the focal point of the bathroom sink will be the faucets.
There are a few companies out there that have made their names on faucets and, though it may seem silly to some, a high quality faucet is something that many people feel they can be proud of. When shopping for homes, buyers will notice that the manufacturers or sellers will often mention the brand name of the faucet as a selling point because people know that certain names mean higher quality building materials and longer lasting devices. High quality sinks and faucets are also seen as a high class luxury item. After all, a cheap plastic sink in a multi-million-dollar mansion just would not do. A $2,000 sink in a $200,000 home, however, could be seen as luxurious. It really all depends on the tastes of the people making decisions. Regardless, most high quality sink manufacturers emblazon the name of their company rather boldly on their sinks, generally on the handles or knobs of the faucet.
In the recent McMansion era of American home building, such little things as expensive bathroom sinks have often been what sold one home over another, similar home down the street. Although many people may not see the draw of high quality sinks and faucets, they will quickly change their story when a cheap model springs a leak after only a few years use, or develops a quickly growing crack after something as mundane as a hair brush is dropped in it. Just like everything else, you get what you pay for, and when it comes to bathroom sinks, it’s all about durability.
Weird College Dreams | Dream Interpretation | Another Strange Dream
I went to the bathroom, it was a community bathroom and really disgusting, there aren’t even sinks. But I go in there and I look in the stalls to pick a somewhat clean one. Then I start getting really dizzy like on drugs and I start … Then when I leave the bathroom I just start talking to this guy about something and then I say “You don’t mind if I follow you around do you?” and he says he doesn’t mind.

Oh and the last thing we upgraded this week-end was one of our bathroom sinks. I think it’s kinda sad that Steve could figure out how to fix our sink drainage issues better than a plumber our community hired, but I’m not surprised.
